For Salaried People:

·         ID  Proof. [pass port /pan card /voter ID card/ D.L}

·         Residence proof [Telephone bill/ Gas bill/ Electricity bill]

·         2 Passport size photos of applicant and co-applicant

·         Pay slips for last 3 Months/ Salary certificate

·         Bank statement for last 6 months salary account only

·         Form no 16 for employees

·         If less than 3 years in current employment, offer letter and relieving letter or experience letter.

·         Processing fees and administrative charges whichever is applicable in favor of bank

·         24 empty checks PDCs (post dated cheques).

·         If any loans RTR,s required

For self employed:

·         2 Pass port size photos of applicant and co-applicant

·         ID proof [pass port /pan card /voter ID card/ D.L}

·         Residence proof [Telephone bill/ Gas bill/ Electricity bill]

·         Last 3 years IT returns,

·         P & L account, company profile,

·         Bank statement for last 6 months

·         Processing fees and administrative charges which ever is applicable in favor of bank

·         24 empty checks PDCs(post dated cheques).

FOR NRI’s:

·          

·         Passport and visa

·         Latest pay slips of last 3 months

·         Contract agreement/appointment letter

·         NRI bank statement for 1 year

·         Credit report and resume

·         Photos 2 no s

·         GPA to be executed in favor of close relative [father, brother, mother] any

·         Processing fees and post dated cheques

·         GPA to be attested by Indian embassy or consulate general which is applicabale

·         24 empty checks PDCs (post dated cheques).

Property Documents:

·         15 yrs linked documents.

·         15 EC: encumbrance certificate

·         Approved plan copy

·         Resale Tax pay recipets.

·         AOC agreement of sale.
